VIP FAQ

TICKETS ARE NOT INCLUDED WITH YOUR VIP BUNDLE. YOU MUST PURCHASE A TICKET TO GET ACCESS TO THE VIP MEET AND GREET.

You will receive an email with the time for your VIP prior to your show date. 4 PM is typically the most common time, but make sure to check your email for confirmation. If you are unsure and it is within 3 days of your show date, email us. 

If you miss the meet and greet, but still come to the show, you may pick up your items at the merch table. You must have your photo id. 

Use your real name that is on your photo id for your purchase - that is what will be used to verify your purchase on the day of the meet and greet.

You may transfer tickets to someone else, or you may purchase multiple VIP's at once for a friend or family member. You will only need the id of the person who purchased the tickets to verify at the show.

We are unable to ship items to you if you miss the show entirely.
